Ages 2-3

Reading to toddlers enhances their love of books and the magical characters that come alive for them, page after page.

Tuesday Night Movies at Rensselaer

This program is held at 5:30 p.m. -- usually on the second Tuesday every month. (In October it will be shown on the second Wednesday because of the Fall Festival).  A variety of movies, newly released to DVD, are shown.  Popcorn and beverages are served. This program is open to teens through adults.

Wheatfield Teen Book Club

Open to teens in grades 6-12, discussions planned for the 3rd or 4th Thursday every month, depending on how many weeks are in the month. Come and discuss books with fellow readers and discover other ways to connect to books you love, including food from books and activities pulled from the books you read.

YA Craft Day

Teens are invited to the DeMotte Library on the second Tuesday of the month each spring and fall for YA Craft Day. Past projects have included pop tab bracelets, blackout poetry, and cell phone case decoration.

This program is held in January, February, March, April, September, October and November.
