Printer-friendly page

Looking for a way to get in the holiday spirit? Did you know each location of the library has lots of holiday movies, CDs, and books?

Maybe you are looking for inexpensive gift ideas. Try our craft books, or cook books. Nothing says loving like lovin' from the oven, to quote a famous commercial from the 1980s.

There are also several teen programs at the library this month to take the guesswork out of holiday craft making.

Rensselaer is offering A Very Martha Holiday on December 3rd from 5:30-7, a Christmas ornament craft on December 5th from 5-6pm, and a Visit with Santa on December 17th from 6-7pm.

DeMotte is offering A Visit with Santa on December 9th from 5-7pm, a Teen Christmas Craft on December 10th from 4-5pm, and a Family Movie day on December 14th at 2pm.

Wheatfield is offering Teens “Gift in a Jar” program on December 17th from 4-5pm.  Each teen should bring a photo of themselves that they would like to put in a jar, the other supplies will be provided.

So whether you are looking for a way to sleigh the boredom, or you are going to be a busy little elf, the library has plenty to offer to help with your holiday plans.
